The customer opens the site and makes the booking on their own.
Blazi cleans car interiors at the customer's address in the Rotterdam area. We moved its site from Wix to a new structure and built a booking system that runs in the firm's own design. The moment a booking is complete, an email goes to both the customer and the owner.

What the situation was before the build.
Blazi works at the customer's address. So an appointment is not just a free slot; the length of the job and the drive to the address have to fit into the calendar too.
- The call to action on the site sent visitors to the phone or to WhatsApp.
- The firm works on set days of the week, and the drive between two jobs had to be counted.
- Two appointments must never land on the same slot.

Booking in six steps
The customer first picks where the work happens: their own address or the firm's workshop. They then choose the package, vehicle size and extras, and take a free day and time from the calendar. An indicative price range for their choice appears on screen.
- 02
A clash-free calendar
Free slots are worked out from the busy times in the owner's Google Calendar, existing bookings and the drive time between areas. The database refuses to write a second booking into the same slot.
- 03
Instant email
The moment a booking is complete, a confirmation goes to the customer and a notification to the owner. The emails carry the firm's logo and colours, and the customer's email includes a calendar file.
- 04
Cancelling and rescheduling
Using a personal link in the email, the customer can cancel or move the appointment up to twenty-four hours before. A cancelled slot opens up again in the calendar.
- 05
The site moved to a new structure
The site moved from Wix to a new structure. The business details were marked up with a local business schema and the frequent questions with a question-and-answer schema, and the booking page is shown as the reservation address in the structured data.
Bookings come in through the site and land in the calendar and the inbox on their own.
No before and after measurement was taken on this build, so we do not publish a result figure. What changed is this: the customer books the appointment on the site, and the owner sees the booking in the inbox and the calendar.
No before and after measurement was taken on this build. The items below are not a measured result; they are the way of working that changed with it.
- Free slots are shown with the drive between two jobs taken into account.
- The emails go out in the language the customer chose: Dutch, English or Polish.
- In winter the calendar narrows to Saturdays and the first package, and reopens on its own in March.
- After the job is done, the customer receives an invitation to leave a review.
