Every job moves through the same four steps; the first one is free.
First we learn how your business runs today. Discovery takes a week and ends with a written report; if something is worth building, we show you a demo of it too. The build is a separate decision, and the report is yours either way.
The call takes 30 minutes and needs no preparation.
The call and the discovery are both free.We set out the terms up front.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
- 01The free discovery is done once per business.
- 02It covers a single process. We choose that process together on the first call.
- 03If the process is not suited to discovery, we tell you before we start.
- 04We ask only for the information and access that process needs.
- 05You are under no obligation to continue. The report is yours either way; the build is a separate decision.
- 06If these terms change, we say so on this page with the date.
We are a digital agency working from Istanbul and Rotterdam; every job moves from discovery to measurement in the same four steps
[01]Discovery
First we learn how your business runs today.
We get to know the company, the services you offer and the data you hold, through conversations and a look at the systems you use. Discovery takes about a week and ends with a written report, which is yours either way.
Goal
We pick the solution once we have seen how the work runs.
[02]Demo and brief
We demo what is worth building and put your requirements in writing.
If discovery turns up something worth building, we prepare a detailed demo and walk you through it. If you like it, we send a detailed form; what gets built, and how, is settled there.
Focus
You see what you are getting before the build starts.
[03]Build
We go through the form together and build the real thing.
Website, ads, chat assistant or workflow automation: every piece we build runs on your real data and connects to your panel. It is built for daily use, not for a presentation.
Focus
Everything we build comes together in one panel.
[04]After launch
Launch is not the end; we measure, report and maintain.
We measure the results every month and report them to you. If something slips we fix it, and as the business grows we extend what we built.
Continuity
We do not build and walk away; we stay on it until you are happy.
Discovery ends with a written report;the report is yours either way.
The report is written in your own words and needs no technical background to read. The first three sections describe today; the last three describe the build.
Process map
How the work runs today, step by step: who does which step, where the work waits, which information is carried by hand.
Time and repetition
How long each step takes and how many times a week it is done. The later sections rest on these figures.
Order of priority
The jobs worth building are ranked. Work whose effect can be measured and that can be built quickly comes first.
Scope of the first job
What the first build will do, which systems it connects to and where human approval sits.
Measurement plan
Which figures will be tracked, where they come from and when they will be measured again, written before the build.
What is not worth building
Steps judged unsuitable go into the report with the reason. Not every job is worth a system, and the report does not hide that.
If something is worth building, we prepare a demo of it alongside the report and walk you through it. The proposal arrives with the report as well.
Read the sample discovery reportAfter the build we measurethe same figures again.
The figures in the measurement plan are taken before the build. Once the work is live, the same figures are taken again from the same source and set side by side. Every result we have measured so far sits on a separate page, with its source.
Free discovery Frequently asked questions
Yes. The thirty-minute call and the week of discovery are both free. The free discovery is done once per business and covers a single process.
No. The report is yours either way and the build is a separate decision. You can carry out the report with your own team or with another firm.
The first call needs no preparation. During discovery we ask only for the information and access the chosen process needs, and we agree on that together on the call.
A process that repeats many times a week, whose rules can be written down and whose information is digital is a good candidate. Handling enquiries, booking, preparing quotes and reporting are examples.
The free discovery is done once per business. We can talk about a second process on the first call and suggest in writing how to take it forward.
Discovery takes about a week. The tidier the information, the sooner the report is ready.

We write the proposal after we have found the problem together
In a thirty-minute call we listen to how you work and talk through where time and customers are slipping away. If you do not need a digital fix, we will tell you that too.
