Digital transformation: we find what holds your business back and build the digital fix
Digital transformation means moving the work a business runs by hand, on paper or across scattered apps into connected digital systems. It starts with diagnosis, not software: where enquiries get lost, which tasks are done twice and where customers look for you. ALTAI Digital runs a discovery of about a week, then prepares a demo. Once you approve, we build the parts you need, such as the website, ads, CRM, workflow automation and search visibility. Everything joins one panel, and your team makes the decisions.
In most businesses, digital transformation does not start with a big programme. It starts with everyday friction. A web form enquiry waits in an inbox until the morning. A quote is written over the last one. The client list lives on one person's phone. The ad budget is spent, but nobody knows which ad brought in a customer. Each of these looks small on its own. Together they slow the business down. Digital transformation pulls that scattered work together and moves it onto systems that talk to each other.
The first step is to find the real problem. Some businesses buy software first and then look for a problem it might solve. The team uses the new tool for a few weeks and drifts back to old habits. ALTAI Digital starts with discovery instead. We learn how the company works, what it sells and what data it already has. We write down where enquiries arrive, which tasks are repeated by hand and where customers look for the business. Discovery takes about a week, and the cleaner the data, the faster the results.
The fix comes from the problem, and it rarely fits a single service. Websites and mobile apps, Meta and Google ads, workflow automation and CRM are the most common parts. Chat and voice assistants, email marketing and SEO, GEO and AEO are in scope too, as are brand design, catalogues and print. AI is one of these tools. It is used where it helps and left out where it does not. If you have a specific request, we research whether it can be done and give you a written answer.
Everything we build joins one panel. The business sees enquiries, client records, ad results and the status of each job on one screen and runs them from there. Large companies work this way, and a small business can work the same way. Your team always makes the decisions: drafts are prepared, and nothing reaches a customer without approval. The work does not end at launch. We keep measuring, reporting and maintaining it. ALTAI Digital works from Rotterdam and Istanbul. Pricing is given after the discovery call, once the scope is clear.
What goes wrong today
- 01
Enquiries are spread across channels
A customer writes on WhatsApp one day and on Instagram the next; someone else fills in the form or phones. Each channel is watched by a different person, and nobody sees all of them together. Replies are slow, and in the meantime the customer contacts a competitor.
- 02
The same data is typed in several places
Details from a form go into a spreadsheet, then the CRM, then the invoice. Every copy is a chance for a phone number or an amount to go wrong. When someone asks which record is right, two screens are opened side by side. The mistake often surfaces only when a customer spots it.
- 03
Nobody knows which ad brought the customer
Every month there is budget for Meta and Google ads, but which ad turned into a sale is not measured. Because the ad that works is unknown, budget cannot be moved to it. Leads from ads also reach the sales team late and go cold before anyone calls.
- 04
Customers cannot find the business
Customers search on Google first, and many now ask ChatGPT or Gemini the same question. A business with a slow site, an incomplete Google Business Profile or no answers to common questions does not show up. The enquiry goes to a competitor who can be found.
- 05
The tool is bought before the problem is known
A packaged tool is bought, but it does not fit the team's daily work. A few weeks later everyone is back to the old spreadsheet and the phone. The subscription keeps running, and the real problem stays where it was because it was never defined.
- 06
Knowledge lives in one person's head
Only the person who does the job knows how a quote is put together or what was agreed with which client. None of the steps are written down. When that person is on leave the work stops, and when they leave the knowledge goes with them.
Scope of the build
Diagnosis comes first
In discovery we learn how the company works, what it sells and what data it holds. We measure where enquiries come from, which tasks are repeated by hand and where customers look for the business. That measurement decides which problem is solved first, and you receive the findings and the proposed fix in writing.
Website and mobile app
The site is built after the discovery, demo and briefing form, with brand design from scratch where needed. If content changes often, an admin panel lets your team update text, images and products themselves. After launch we set up the Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Meta and Google ads
First we agree the goal: more customers or more visibility. Several ads run at the same time and we measure which one is seen and clicked more. Each month the budget moves to the ads that work, and every lead from an ad reaches your sales contact straight away.
Enquiry handling and CRM
WhatsApp, Instagram, the web form and the phone feed one queue. Common questions get a reply drafted from information you provide, and you can take over any conversation. Every enquiry is written to the CRM, so each customer's full history sits in one record.
Workflow automation and documents
Steps repeated by hand become an automated workflow. Data is entered once and passed on to the other systems. Quotes, contracts and reports come from a template prepared once, with figures read from your records. Steps such as sending and paying wait for your approval.
SEO, GEO and AEO
The site is put in order, technically and in content, for Google rankings. GEO work aims to get you cited as a source in answers from assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. AEO work produces content that answers questions directly. Search Console data is read and reported regularly.
Everything joins one panel
The website, ads, CRM and automations come together in one panel. Enquiry status, ad results and pending approvals appear on the same screen. Your accounting software and ERP stay where they are, and the panel connects to them. As the business grows, new parts are added to the same panel.
How the build runs
- 01
Discovery (about a week)
We learn how your company works, what you sell and what data you have. The problems and their order of priority are written down. The cleaner the data, the faster the results.
- 02
Demo
We prepare a detailed demo of the fix that came out of discovery and walk you through it. You see the screens and the flow before anything is built.
- 03
Briefing form
If you like the demo, we send a detailed form. Your requirements, your content and the systems to connect are written down there.
- 04
Build
We go through the form together and build the real thing. Each part is tested with your own data before it goes live.
- 05
After launch
The work does not end when it goes live. We keep measuring, reporting and maintaining it, and we stay with it until you are happy with the result.
Kali is a system we designed for the estate agent Kerem Ali Yorukoglu in Istanbul; it is his own edition of AGENTSUP. Listings, enquiries and client records run in one system. A studio section handles listing photos and videos. Instagram, social media and WhatsApp are managed from the same panel, and land registry data is reached from the same system.

Web and mobile development
After discovery, a demo and a detailed brief we build your website or app; brand design, an admin panel and the Google set-up after launch are included where needed.
Meta and Google Ads management
We run your Meta and Google ads from start to finish; every lead from an ad reaches your sales contact straight away.
Request handling
Every request from WhatsApp, your web form and the phone gets an answer straight away and lands in one list.
CRM and customer management
All customer information sits in one record. A request from an ad or a form lands there on its own, and the salesperson sees the number straight away.
Workflow automation
The steps your team does by hand every day run in the background, and you follow every workflow from one dashboard.
SEO and digital marketing
SEO, GEO and AEO work so you rank higher on Google and get cited in the answers of assistants such as ChatGPT.

digital transformationFrequently asked questions
Digital transformation means moving the work a business runs by hand, on paper or across scattered apps into connected digital systems. The aim is not to buy new software but to make the work faster, less error-prone and measurable. Websites, ads, CRM and automation are its parts.
It starts by finding the problem. We measure where enquiries get lost, which tasks are done twice and where customers look for the business. The problem that costs the most time or the most customers is solved first. ALTAI Digital does this in a discovery of about a week.
The business's own problem decides that. If enquiries slip through, the same task is done twice or customers cannot find you, a small business gains as much as a large one. The scope can stay small: one channel, one process or just the website.
Discovery takes about a week. The build time depends on the scope, the systems to connect and the state of the data, and we confirm it in writing after discovery. Measurement, reporting and maintenance continue after launch.
AI is one of the tools, not the goal. It is used for jobs such as drafting replies to incoming questions, pulling information out of documents and summarising long text. Drafts are prepared, and the decision to send stays with your team. Where it does not help, it is not used.
No. Your accounting software, ERP or CRM stays in place. If a system has an API, we connect through it; if not, we bridge it with an export file or a similar route. New parts connect to your existing systems and appear in the same panel.
Consultancy finds the problem and proposes a fix; the build makes that fix work. ALTAI Digital does both with the same team. The findings and the proposal are yours in writing, and whether to go on to the build is a separate decision.
It depends on the scope: how many parts are built, which systems are connected and how maintenance runs. Pricing is given after the discovery call, once the scope is clear. We talk about the problem first and agree the budget together.

We write the proposal after we have found the problem together
In a thirty-minute call we listen to how you work and talk through where time and customers are slipping away. If you do not need a digital fix, we will tell you that too.
