Step 1 · We work out the list and the messageWho is being written to, and what is being said?
The right message to the right person,on a list that gave consent.
Personalised sequences, two-version subject line testing and automatic follow-up are set up. Every address is verified before sending, the consent record is kept, and when the bounce rate crosses the threshold the sequence stops on its own.

From the moment the list is verifiedto the moment a reply arrives.
The first job is working out today's list and the consent status of every address on it. Then we build the sequence and step up the sending volume; a new mailbox does not run at full volume on day one. Last, we start measuring the result of every round.
Step 2 · The sequence is builtRules are written, volume is stepped up.
Step 3 · Measured round by roundThe winning version is used in the next round.
It builds the sequence,it leaves the message to you.
Six modules take on the four gates of sending: verification, consent, warm-up and measurement. Not one message goes out before all four are built.
The sequence is written, the sending is ruled
Someone who replies does not get the rest of the sequence. Someone who does not open gets a second round with a different subject line. The rules are written down and approved before anything is sent.
Tone and content come from you
The tone of the copy, the examples it uses and the thing it promises all pass your approval. The model writes the draft, and a person reads and approves every sentence that goes out.
The list is filtered before sending
Every address is verified before sending, the consent record is checked and people who left the list are removed. Nothing is sent to an unverified address.
Testing by measurement, not by guess
The subject line and the opening sentence are tried in two versions, and the result is used in the next round. Which version won is visible in the report.
The sending volume is stepped
A new mailbox does not run at full volume straight away. The warm-up period is part of the build; the volume rises against measurement and the domain reputation is protected.
Every round is measured
Open and reply rate, bounce rate and the number of unsubscribe requests are compared at the end of every round. If the rates start to slip, sending stops.
The sending listis built on consent.
A commercial electronic message needs a consent record, company identification details and a way out in every message. All three are a condition of the first day; sending only opens once all three are in place.

The model makes the draft faster, the tone and the claims come from you. Before sending, every sequence is read and approved by a person.
We verify and clean up your existing list. When a new list is built, a consent record, company details and a way out are required; we do not send to an address that has not given consent.
The list is verified before sending, the volume is raised in steps and the bounce rate is watched continuously. If the rate crosses the threshold, sending stops automatically.
First we measure: bounce rate, complaint rate and mailbox reputation score. Recovery starts with a new sending domain and a low-volume warm-up period; no campaign opens during that time, only the volume is climbed.
Usually two to four. Someone who replies does not get the rest; someone who does not open gets a second round with a different subject line. The number and the spacing are written during the build.
The build follows the commercial electronic message rules: a consent record, company identification details and a way out in every message. Consent management is built to match your own system.
Yes. We build on HubSpot, on your own mailbox, or on the sending service you already use. Rather than adding a new tool, we prefer to make today's tool run to rules.
Discovery takes a week. In that week we verify the list and work out the consent status. The first live workflow opens within 4-8 weeks; the timing changes with the state of the list, the mailbox warm-up and the number of sequences. Your own timeline is written into the discovery report.
Three rates are taken in the discovery week: opens, replies and bounces. All three are measured again after every round and sit next to the previous one. The number of messages sent to an address without a consent record is zero; an unverified address never enters the list.
Sending does not run on one tool,it runs on four gates.
List verification, the consent record, mailbox warm-up and measurement are separate layers. The six rows below show which tool each of those four gates is built with.
Gmail
Sending from a shared mailbox; incoming replies land on the same customer record.
HubSpot
The list, the segment and the campaign record are held on the CRM side, so nothing is recorded twice.
n8n
The sequence runs on your own server; the list never leaves for a cloud service.
Supabase
The consent record, the unsubscribe requests and the sending history sit on your own infrastructure.
Address verification
The list is filtered before sending; if the bounce rate crosses the threshold the sequence stops.
Consent management
Company details, the consent record and a way out in every message are built on day one, never added later.

In a short discovery call we map the process together and tell you plainly whether it is worth automating. If it is not, we say that too.
