For a law firm,a site is not a promotional tool.
Bar association advertising rules limit what a law firm may write. So the site was built as a way of giving information rather than promoting: practice areas, guides and contact details that can actually be reached.

What the situation wasbefore the build.
The firm had practice areas worth describing, but none of them were written anywhere searchable. The limit of the build was drawn by the profession's own rules.
- The practice areas sat on a single page as a list of headings.
- Common legal questions had no written answer anywhere.
- Because of the advertising ban, no wording implying superiority or a promised outcome could be used.

Nine practice areas, nine pages
Each area got its own page: scope, process and four frequently asked questions. The areas link to each other and to the relevant guide.
- 02
Six long guides
Detailed guides were written for uncontested divorce, reinstatement claims, tenancy disputes, statements and custody, limited company formation, and objecting to enforcement proceedings. Each carries a general-information notice.
- 03
Structured data
Legal service, person and breadcrumb schemas were printed on all sixteen pages, with a question-and-answer schema on the area and guide pages. A search engine can read what the page is about.
- 04
Search console and business profile
The sitemap was submitted, priority pages were flagged for indexing and the business profile was set up. Address, opening hours and the service list were written in line with the bar rules.
One day after going live, the pages were in the index.
This is what the measurement showed twenty-four hours after the build. The home page and six area pages were visible in the index. A search on the firm's own name returned three of the site's pages in the top five results. This is not a promise of outcome; it is a technical output of the build.

After going live
- The guide pages answer long-tail questions in writing.
- Thanks to structured data, each page also tells a machine what it is about.
- All the copy was written to the bar advertising rules; there is no claim of superiority.
