The advisor's portfolio and area guides, live on his own domain in two languages.
Kerem Ali Yorukoglu is a Keller Williams real estate advisor working in and around Zekeriyakoy. We wrote his site from scratch. Listings come from the Kali system he uses, and an enquiry from the site lands in the client record in the same system. Alongside the site, we run SEO, GEO and AEO work on it.

What the situation was before the build.
A buyer researching a real estate advisor starts by searching for his name or the area he works in. If the advisor's own site does not answer that search, the buyer has to reach him through some other channel.
- The advisor's portfolio had to sit at one address, together with information on five areas and twelve housing projects.
- The site had to read in Turkish and in English.
- AI assistants pick certain sites as sources when they answer; the advisor's site had to be one of them.
- Enquiries from the site had to reach the advisor's client records without waiting.
The pieces built for Kerem Ali Yorukoglu.
- 01
Written from scratch
Listings, twelve project pages, five area pages, services, frequent questions, tools and a blog sit on one site. It is live in Turkish and English, and the sitemap lists 326 addresses.
- 02
Listings come from the Kali system
The portfolio is read from the Kali system the advisor uses. A listing published there appears on the site on its own; adding a listing does not mean touching the site.
- 03
SEO, GEO and AEO work
Structured data was added to the pages, marking up the advisor, the business and the frequent questions in a form a search engine can read. A site summary for AI systems was published and access was opened to AI crawlers.
- 04
Weekly blog automation
Every Monday morning a new post about the area is prepared and added to the site's repository. Before it goes live it passes a language check, and a post that fails the check is not published.
- 05
Enquiries land in the client records
An enquiry from the site is first written to a record, then passed to Telegram and to the advisor's client records in Kali. A second enquiry from the same phone number does not open a new record.
The portfolio, the area guides and the posts sit at the advisor's own address.
The search data has not been independently verified, so this case carries no number. What changed is this: the advisor's portfolio, area information and posts sit on his own domain in two languages, and the blog gets a new post every week.
No before and after measurement was taken on this build. The items below are not a measured result; they are the way of working that changed with it.
- A listing published in Kali appears on the site on its own.
- A new version goes live only after it passes a health check; the site does not go down during an update.
- After every update the sitemap is reported to Search Console.
- The same SEO, GEO and AEO work continues on the KOY Zekeriyakoy site.
