- How quickly will I hear back?
- We reply within one business day. If you want a call, you can pick a time from the calendar directly and skip the wait.
- Do I need to prepare for the call?
- No. We work the process out together while we talk. If you have a flow diagram or a screenshot it speeds things up, but it is not required.
- Can I write about a small job?
- You can. We look at work of every size, from a one-page site to an ad campaign. We do not write a proposal for work that is not worth building; if discovery shows that, we tell you.
- Can I write about something that is not on the site?
- You can. We research a special request first; if it can be done we build it, and if it cannot, we tell you why.
