- How quickly will I hear back?
- We reply within one business day. If you want a call, you can pick a time from the calendar directly and skip the wait.
- Do I need to prepare for the call?
- No. We work the process out together while we talk. If you have a flow diagram or a screenshot it speeds things up, but it is not required.
- Can I write about a small job?
- You can. We do not write a proposal for a process that is not worth automating; if discovery shows it is not, we tell you.
