What it does
The steps Lexupruns the work in.
- Case law and legislation searchCourt of Cassation, Council of State, Constitutional Court, regional and local court rulings all pass through one search. Every answer shows which ruling it came from.
- Petition and contract draftsA draft comes out of what is already in the file, and the lawyer works on it. A draft is not the final text; the signature and the responsibility stay with the lawyer.
- Hearing preparationA briefing is prepared for the file and the court. After the hearing, interim decisions are dictated by voice straight into the file.
- Deadline and file trackingElectronic notifications, the deadline counter, the client account and delegation sit on one board. A missed deadline becomes visible.
