Is my conversation with the AI chatbot stored?
Conversation content is logged anonymously to improve assistant quality. Because we use OpenAI Enterprise / zero-data-retention APIs, your messages are never used for model training.
How will I be notified in case of a data breach?
Per GDPR Article 33 and the Turkish KVKK, if a personal data breach is detected we notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected users directly by email.
