Meta and Google Ads management

The budget is being spent, which ad works is invisible.

We run Google Ads and Meta campaigns, but we do not open a budget before measurement is built. First we write down where a conversion is counted; the campaign starts after that, and every week the budget decision comes out of that number.

How it is built

From the moment measurement is builtto the moment the budget decision is made.

The first job is writing down at which point a sale is counted: a form, a call, a basket, or a signed proposal. Then we build the campaign and audience structure. The weekly report is read against that first definition.

Step 1 · We build the measurementWhere is a sale counted?

Step 2 · The campaign structure is builtAudience, bid and budget are written down.

Step 3 · Weekly reportWhich campaign brought what.

What it can do

It runs the campaign,it leaves the budget decision to you.

Six modules take on the four questions of advertising: where the conversion is counted, which audience is reached, what the budget moves against, and whose name the accounts sit in.

Where the conversion is counted

The pixel and the tag manager are set up, server-side conversion is connected, and when the sale closes in your CRM that record is written back to the ad account. So the conversion count in the report counts the people who actually bought, not the people who filled in a form.

Campaign and audience structure

Search, display and social campaigns are built with separate goals; the remarketing audience and the first-contact audience do not share one budget. Which audience sees which message is written down during the build.

The consent gate and lost measurement

A visitor who does not give cookie consent never enters the measurement, and in every account that means some data is lost. We measure how large the loss is, fix the consent screen against it, and write openly in the report how much we cannot see.

The budget decision comes out of a number

Every week spend, conversion count and cost per conversion are compared campaign by campaign. The campaigns whose budget went up and the ones that were stopped are written in the report with the reason; the decision comes to you.

Copy and creative production

Ad copy and creative variations are prepared, checked against your brand guide, and passed to you for approval before they go live. Which variation works better is measured and used in the next round.

The accounts are in your name

The ad account, the business manager and the payment method are opened in your name; we are added as users and our access closes when we leave. The historical data and the audiences stay in your account.

Monthly report

What the spend brought back,in one table.

Spend per campaign, conversion count, cost per conversion and the records that became sales sit side by side. The size of the share we cannot measure because of the consent gate is written into the same table.

Frequently asked

Meta and Google Ads managementFrequently asked questions

No. The management fee is a fixed monthly amount and it is independent of what is spent. In a commission model growing the budget suits the person managing it; we never set up that incentive.

You do, directly to the platform. The payment method is set on your own business manager; Google and Meta invoice you. The budget never passes through our account.

We do not set a fixed floor, but enough data has to build up before the measurement means anything. During discovery we look at your target cost per conversion and write down how many conversions a week you need to see; the budget comes out of that number.

Yours. The ad account, the business manager and the measurement build are opened in your name; we are added as users. When the work ends our access closes, and the historical data and audiences stay in your account.

A visitor who does not consent never enters browser-side measurement, and on every site that means some loss. We measure how large the loss is in the first month, show how much of it server-side events close, and write the share we cannot see openly in the report.

We prepare the copy and the creative variations, check them against your brand guide and put them in front of you before they go live. A variation that is not approved does not go out.

Not straight away. First we review the measurement on the running campaigns and write down what is being counted wrongly. The decision to stop or rebuild comes to you together with the output of that review.

Budget decisions come in a short weekly table, the full assessment in a monthly report. The monthly report puts spend per campaign, conversions, cost per conversion and the records that became sales side by side.

Discovery takes a week. In that week we write down where a sale is counted and start building the measurement; no campaign opens before the measurement is confirmed working. The first live workflow opens within 4-8 weeks; the timing depends on the state of the site, the CRM connection and creative readiness. Your own timeline is written into the discovery report.

The layers we build

What each platform does, and where the measurement connects.

The campaign runs on two platforms, the measurement is built in four layers. All six are opened in your account and stay in your hands at handover.

Google Ads

Search, display and shopping campaigns; the keyword and bid structure is built against the goal.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Audience, placement and creative variations are tested separately; the results gather in the same report.

Google Analytics 4

What the visitor does after landing on the site is tracked here; conversion events are defined by hand.

Meta pixel and server connection

The browser-side pixel falls short on its own; events sent from the server close that gap.

Google Tag Manager

Every measurement tag is managed from one place; adding a new event does not mean touching the code.

Offline conversion matching

A sale closed in the CRM is written back to the ad account; a record lost at proposal stage is not counted as a conversion.

The process first, the proposal after

In a short discovery call we map the process together and tell you plainly whether it is worth automating. If it is not, we say that too.
